QUICK SOLUTION

How to beat Snake Apple Level 1

KEY MOVE

Climb to the upper ledge, extend across the open space, and let gravity settle the body into the portal line.

  1. 1

    Study the starting shape

Before moving, locate the apple, portal, hazards, movable stones, and the last safe place where the worm can reverse.

  2. 2

    Set up the critical move

Climb to the upper ledge, extend across the open space, and let gravity settle the body into the portal line.

  3. 3

    Check the whole body

Pause the video after the setup and compare every segment. If the tail or a stone is one tile off, restart before committing to the drop.

  4. 4

    Finish on supported ground

Move toward the portal one tile at a time. Keep at least one body segment anchored until the head is lined up with the exit.

WHY THIS WORKS

The idea behind Level 1

The opening stage teaches the most important rule in Snake Apple: only one supported body segment is needed to keep the rest of the worm in the air.

The important concept is basic movement and gravity. Snake Apple checks the position of the entire body after every input, so a route can look open for the head while still being impossible for the tail. Use the video as a shape reference and restart as soon as your layout no longer matches.
